Due to the numerous brands and product models we represent, not all products are displayed on the website. If you cannot find the model you need, you can email our staff and we will reply within 24 hours.
Q2.How can I find the price and availability of an item?
Click on the "INQUIRY" button on the website to send an inquiry message, and customer service personnel will promptly provide you with a quote.
Q3.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, all of our products are guaranteed to be 100% brand new and genuine, with a one-year warranty.
Q4. How to proceed an order?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, you confirms the samples and effect payment by TT, PayPal, Western union for formal order.
Fourthly, We arrange the production as soon as we get the payment.
Q5.How long will delivery take if the item is in stock?
If you order items that are shown as 'in stock' and your order is submitted before our parcel collection Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays) then your order will be shipping with 24h and usually, it takes 3-10 days to arrive.
Q6.How long will delivery take for an item shown 'not in stock'?
If you order an item with a zero stock value, then delivery will be dependent on the lead-time from the manufacturer. We will, however acknowledge receipt of your order and indicate the approximate delivery date.
